As a Director at Springpoint, Tasha facilitates learning experiences for adults so that they build the capacity to provide students with rigorous, purposeful learning in schools rooted in positive youth development and equity principles. She leads school observation visits, supports the development of study tours, and facilitates professional learning experiences.

Prior to Springpoint, Tasha supported afterschool networks at Every Hour Counts, served Massachusetts’ third district in the office of Congresswoman Niki Tsongas, and prepared students for postsecondary success at iMentor. She began her career as a kindergarten teacher in New Haven, Connecticut. A deep commitment to changing systems to ensure all young people experience opportunity and success has driven her throughout her career.

Tasha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and a minor in political science from Northeastern University.
