Prior to joining the Springpoint team, Alexis served as Managing Director of School Support for the Urban Assembly, where she led school support programming for a network of 23 New York City schools. 

Alexis has spent her career as an educator, coach, facilitator, and non-profit leader. She is guided by the vision that school professionals deserve vibrant communities and supportive environments where they can learn from and with each other to do their best for the students they serve.

Alexis is a graduate of Northwestern University, and received Masters degrees in Secondary English Education from Queens College, and in Educational Leadership from Bank Street College. She completed coach training with the CoActive institute, is a trained SRI facilitator, and a graduate of Coro’s Leadership Program.
