Martin Luther King Jr. Charter School of Excellence, Springfield, MA

Lucille Germain is the Assistant Principal at Martin Luther King Jr. Charter School of Excellence, in Springfield, Massachusetts. Originally from Boston, Lucille has always had an unwavering love of scholars that she has used to fuel her work inside of the classroom and when leading or managing adults. Lucille has previously held positions of Assistant Principal, DCI, Response to Intervention Coordinator, English Teacher, and Math Teacher in addition to the role of Educator Coach at her graduate alma mater.

Through all of her roles, Lucille has always sought a “people-first” approach: coaching and educating from a holistic lens. (Go, Trailblazers!)

Lucille is a lover of life: she enjoys connecting with others, learning new things, engaging in adventures, or simply taking in the world around her.
