As Senior Director, Victoria uses her experience in project management, school-based programming and operations, and positive youth development to strengthen Springpoint’s network and amplify its impact. She began her career in the Small Schools of Choice movement at Millennium High School in New York City, and has spent over a decade both in schools and in community-based organizations growing school-based programs and partnership models.

Prior to joining Springpoint, Victoria served as a director in the Office of Postsecondary Readiness at the New York City Department of Education, where she provided strategy and technical assistance to teams with large and complex funding sources. She also led operational management for projects including the Expanded Success Initiative and new school design funded by Open Society Foundations, academic and personal behaviors work with principals, work-based learning experiences for students, and portfolio work across career and technical education and transfer schools.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Women’s Studies, with a concentration in community health, from Tufts University.
